At Total Blackout Blinds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new blinds don't provide the perfect fit or darkness you expected, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the blinds back in their original protective packaging, ensuring all hardware, brackets, and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
